We source from and support high quality locally-famous companies whenever possible. This ensures that you get high quality, fresh food, made by the people who know it best. We also do not have to ship it from far away, burning up unnecessary fuel.
- On The Fly® hot entrees will be provided by our Chef and wonderful partners, some of who are listed below.
- On The Fly® also operates a full kitchen to provide its own selection of pre-packaged sandwiches, salads, wraps, parfaits and more, all made daily. Our chef even worked at the Inn at Little Washington! Yes we take this seriously.
- Finally, we have sourced a host of great natural foods, drinks and snacks. Some products you will be familiar with, like Stonyfield Yogurt or Honest Tea, and other items you may not have tried, like Dallas’ Popcorn from Maryland (it’s amazing), or our own Kwon Crumbles’ cookies!
