Tim worked with Gabe at Zipcar in marketing and then in operations but we only hired him because he never stops smiling, and won’t stop working until On The Fly® achieves world domination. Tim runs the field operations for OTF, coordinating food deliveries, staffing, and even handling upkeep and maintenance on the SmartKarts®. Basically, without the T-Bird, we would be on the runway without wings.

Jordan knows food like James Lipton knows acting. He was a Sous Chef at The Inn at Little Washington, ran a winery, has an MBA and can cook up a storm! Jordan is responsible for menu development, sourcing high quality foods, and putting together processes in our kitchen, you know, Chef stuff. Dood makes a mean taco too.

Since Chef D graduated from the Culinary Institute of America in 1997, he has cooked in many fine spots including Vivande Ristorante in San Francisco, The Bank at 500 Jefferson in Lafayette LA. as well as hometown favorites Café Deluxe and Vermilion in Alexandria. Dave was also a private chef in the yachting industry based out of Ft. Lauderdale FL. We call him "playa pimp dave" behind his back.
